What Is MEP?
MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing \u2014 the technical building systems that support an interior project. MEP is treated as a separate technical discipline from interior design and fit-out, and is coordinated with them where relevant to the project scope. Involvement depends on the existing systems, proposed changes and applicable requirements. MEP does not automatically apply to every renovation.
